Initiated in October 1999, the Farm Wagon visits sites in Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wells, and Whitley counties. The Farm Wagon program distributes over 40,000 pounds of fresh produce, dairy and sandwich bread every week. Common items include milk, yogurt, salad greens, onions, potatoes, apples, and other fruits and vegetables.
Families are eligible to receive food from Farm Wagon mobile pantries that visit their county of residence. We currently service all nine counties of our northeast Indiana region, including Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wells, and Whitley.
