Community Harvest Food Bank is collecting items such as those listed below to distribute to men, women and children living with hunger throughout our nine-county service area. Please bring donations to Community Harvest during business hours, or check the list of current food drives and donate then!

ORGANIZING A FOOD DRIVE
This information is provided to you by Community Harvest Food Bank to guide you as you prepare your food drive. All food and non-food donations are appreciated and will help a family in need. If your group would like to try organizing a food drive please consider the following helpful hints:
- Start with a group meeting to decide what goals you want to accomplish.
- Set a realistic goal and aim to exceed that goal.
- Pick the best location for the barrels.
- Set the timeline for your drive, remember make it manageable and realistic.
- Consider doing a non-food drive for such items as diapers, formula, and personal care items.
- Contact media to raise public awareness of your food drive.
