Over 160 years ago, Charles W. Kuhne was born in Iowa City, Iowa. He was educated in Fort Wayne, and graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 1887. He then worked as a lawyer in in Fort Wayne / Allen County. He passed away in 1942. Charles’s legacy lives on to this day….

Community Harvest is a recipient of a $20,000 grant from Feeding America, thanks to the Kraft Heinz Co. Foundation. Thanks to this funding, the SeniorPak and Senior Farm Wagon programs will distribute more than 100,000 pounds of food during the upcoming year. This includes fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, protein, bread, and many shelf stable foods…
