CHFB is honored to receive a $5,000 donation from Duke Energy! These funds will be used to support our Farm Wagon and Kids Backpack programming in Huntington County! We are thrilled to put these funds to great use, and could not be more grateful. Thank you!

CHFB is honored to receive a $1,000 donation from Heartland REMC! These funds will be used to support our free food distribution in Huntington, aka the Huntington Farm Wagon! CHFB is honored to receive a $50,000 donation from the Dr. Louis and Anne B. Schneider Foundation! These funds will be used to purchase food that will assist in filling the food pantries of our nine counties! Thank you!
We are honored to receive $5,500 from the Charlie Tippmann Foundation Charitable Trust! This grant will allow us to continue funding crucial hunger relief programs in all nine of our counties. Thank you to the Foundation for selecting us – we couldn’t fulfill our mission without funders like you!
Community Harvest Food Bank will be closed on January 20, 2025 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Our Farm Wagon, programs, and regular schedule will resume on Tuesday, January 21.
Community Harvest Food Bank will be closed beginning November 28, 2024 and will remain closed through Thanksgiving weekend. We will reopen with regular hours on Monday, December 2, 2024. Thank you and have a happy holiday weekend!
CHFB will be closed on Monday, September 2nd, 2024 for Labor Day. This includes the cancellation of all Monday farm wagons. We will resume normal business hours Tuesday, September 3rd.
Community Harvest WILL have Saturday Helping Hands distribution on June 29th, as scheduled, prior to closing for our shutdown (July 1-7) next week.
As a reminder, our annual shutdown will take place July 1 – July 7, 2024. During this time, both north and south facilities will be closed and no farm wagon food distributions or programs will be in operation. Thank you for your understanding. CHFB
