Turkey Rally 2018 is Here!
Turkey Rally returns Wednesday, November 14th 8am-6pm! This rally is a full day committed to the collection of donated frozen turkeys and traditional holiday food items for CHFB in collaboration with Kroger and Fort Wayne’s NBC. Turkey Rally is important as we spread awareness about families in need of food assistance during the holiday season.
Throughout the day, all donations will be calculated, and Fort Wayne’s NBC will broadcast live reports during their newscasts. As the holidays approach, now is the time to establish a friendly competition with your business, organization, school, or neighborhood to see who can raise the most food or funds for Turkey Rally! Any contributions collected should be delivered to CHFB on November 14th and distribution of the turkeys will go through our network of nearly 400 member agencies within the following weeks. Help us beat last year’s count of 831 turkeys to give to those in need. Your gift will be used to provide families with a full dinner table this holiday season!

- Stuffing
- Pumpkin pie filling
- Pie crust
- French fried onions
- Cream of mushroom soup
When you shop at four different Fort Wayne Kroger locations, please consider picking up “one extra” for a family in need. Employees and volunteers will be available from 6am-8pm to accept donations at these locations:
- Kroger Dupont Road
- Kroger Coventry
- Kroger St. Joe/Maplecrest
- Kroger North Clinton
